Yes. Open Account → Manage billing in the web app to cancel or switch plans. You keep Pro until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and your decks stay downloadable.
App Store subscriptions are billed by Apple and unlock Otis in the iPhone and iPad app. The web uses its own Stripe subscription, so you only need one if you want to create on the web. Questions? Contact support.
Create as many decks as you need for your own work. A generous fair-use limit (100 new decks a month) protects the service from automated abuse; it resets on the 1st.
Subscriptions are billed in advance. If something went wrong, email us within 14 days of a charge and we’ll make it right, in line with our Terms and your local consumer rights.
Payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 provider. Card details go straight to Stripe and never touch our servers.
